Today is one month since we officially started our journey into adoption!

1st Visit

Tuesday was our first visit with the Social Worker. She seemed like a great fit for us, so we were very happy! Now we start filling out more of the paperwork, we go to get our fingerprints on Friday, and start collecting necessary documents (marriage license, birth certificates, etc.).

It was pretty surreal being on the opposite end of the Social Worker's desk, now I know how some of the people I have worked with in the past have felt like.

So thoughtful that boy! He clearly understands this whole process better then I thought he did :)

We are officially on the waiting list for Korea as of August 28th! We should be hearing from our Social Worker soon for our first appointment :)
